One Love Kemetic Yoga Partner Workshop 2/14/14
Feel the connection of energies yin & yang as you open your senses, feel alive, and go more deeply into poses.
Carmen certified kemetic yoga instructor will guide you through 1 hour of kemetic yoga focused on 4 rules of breathing and geometric progression and 1 hour of a series of partner assists that will strengthen and open your standing, backbend, twists and forward bends.
Connect with your inner Egyptian god or goddess . Feel the power of breathing, raise the kundalini energy, open your chakras and increase your love vibrations!
Doing yoga with someone else allows you to get into a pose more deeply, with more support so grab somebody this Friday on Valentines Day and share One Love!
This Workshop is open to all levels, singles, couples, friends, co-workers plus you! Class fee $10 special $5 if you bring a friend.
